When will my order ship?

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand I am a one-woman team!  You can always message me if you have any processing/shipping concerns and I can try to expedite.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 5-7 days for processing.  Many of the orders are custom designs so there needs to be time to design and potentially reach out for confirmation on a proof and then of course the work has to actually be done!

Shipping

We ship domestically using USPS. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If you live down the street from us in Maryland, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. 

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Craftingisadreamjob is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

How do I request Customization Requests?

Many of the items offered have the ability to personalize.  I MUST receive this information with the order or there is a chance your order will be cancelled and not processed.  Please use some of the images below in helping with your selections.  Include your requests in the note section of your order at checkout OR direct message them to me with a reference to your order number.  Thanks!
